Damon House manages solutions and strategy for Healthcare and Education for Microsoft Industry Services. He is an experienced management professional with over twenty-five years of project and program management experience.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Damon was a Portfolio and Program Manager in the US Federal sector and the private sector. As a veteran of the Management and Operations consulting industry, he directly led the definition and implementation of cross-functional strategic initiatives and the evangelization of portfolio requirements for several different sectors, including telecommunications, healthcare, and education. He has managed Marketing, Training, Deployment, SW Development, and other technical teams for
different companies.

Damon has managed the strategic planning and governance for US Government agencies, including the Departments of Defense, Veterans Affairs, Agriculture, and the quasi-Federal Amtrak. In the Private Sector, Damon has created and managed Project Management Offices (PMOs) and Project Management Centers of Excellence (PMCoEs) to support projects and products domestically and internationally (e.g., Latin America, Europe, and
Asia).

Additionally, Damon is a champion for diversity and inclusivity, both within Microsoft and beyond its walls.
