Sami Najm is an in-house attorney at NetApp. His focus is on commercial transactions, channel pathways, legal operations, legal software, and helping law students and junior attorneys develop their skills.
A graduate of Golden Gate University School of Law, Sami has volunteered for the Watsonville Law Center, Legal Aid of Marin, The Legal Aid Society and the Santa Clara County Office of Education. He also supported the Pro Bono Project of Silicon Valley where he assisted a local family resolve a real estate issue with a predatory landlord.
Prior to joining NetApp, Sami acted as a legal research assistant at The George Washington University Law School in their homeland security and civil rights department. As a former legal intern himself, Sami is dedicated to mentoring interns and assisting with their career development.
Sami is licensed to practice in the State of California and is fluent in French.
