Jessica Vander Ploeg is the Senior Legal Operations Manger for NetApp, the global leader in hybrid cloud data services. In her role, Jessica fosters and promotes continuous improvement, better collaboration, and ongoing learning within the legal department.

Throughout her career, Jessica has been passionate about helping organizations improve systematically. Prior to NetApp, she served as Director of Operations at Litigation Services LLC and Chief of Staff and Director of Administration at Precision Opinion, Inc. Before joining the operations and legal community, she also dabbled in architecture, construction, and interior design. Drawing on her unique career path, Jessica speaks frequently to students and professionals alike.

Jessica graduated cum laude from University Nevada, Las Vegas with a bachelors degree in marketing and psychology and a masters degree in business administration. A native of Northern California, Jessica now lives in Las Vegas with her husband Travis and their two sons.
